Who actually files my document?

A vetted partner law firm operates under their own licence and authority. Docufy never impersonates you on agency portals.

What happens if my filing is rejected?

If the rejection is on you (missing or wrong information), the government fee is non-refundable. The service-fee policy is published at the point of purchase. If the firm or platform is at fault, both fees are refunded in full.

How do I share an issued document?

Open it in your vault and create a share link. You can set an expiry (24h, 7d, 30d, never) and add a password. Recipients can also verify authenticity at /verify/<token>.

Is my data safe?

We are NDPR-compliant. Documents in your vault are envelope-encrypted. Personal IDs are hashed and salted. Every admin action touching your data is visible in your filing audit trail.
